Here at AVMC, we are committed to helping you and your animal in a time of need. But like any other business, we do require payment at the time of services rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), checks, cash, and CareCredit (more information below). All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
We’re proud to offer Snout Wellness Plans, designed by our veterinary team to help make preventive care more affordable and easier to manage for pet families. These plans cover many of the routine services your pet needs throughout the year, including exams, vaccines, bloodwork, and other important wellness care.
With convenient monthly payments and flexible add-on options based on your pet’s individual needs, Snout Wellness Plans help make budgeting for your pet’s health simpler. Many clients also appreciate that these plans can be used alongside pet insurance.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. AVMC understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply here.
